As schools start again, students all over the country are asked about their goals, be it for that class or for the school year. Most students will say it is to get an A, but when I am asked about my goals I think of my future. To be a doctor and own a chain of hospitals ranked number one, that is my dream. Therefore, in class I aim to learn in order to come closer to achieving that dream. English class is no different. From it I hope to become a great writer and speaker, confident and articulate, able to move people through my words. I believe that I can do it and as Theodore Roosevelt said, “Believe you can and you're halfway there.”
